However, we understand that every pet’s body, diet, and lifestyle are unique, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases.

If you’ve used P1 consistently for 30 days and don’t see any improvement in your pet’s energy, skin, or overall well-being, we’ll gladly offer a refund. 

To qualify:

  1. The return request must be made within 30 days of your delivery date.

  2. You must have used the product consistently as directed on the packaging.

  3. Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of one unit per household.

  4. The remaining product (if any) must be returned to us in its original packaging.

We believe real results come from consistent care, one scoop a day, every day. Since every pet’s metabolism and health condition are different, we ask for patience and consistency before requesting a refund.

🚚 Return Process

  1. Email us at hello@tryp1.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will verify your order and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

We’re unable to process refunds if:

  • The product was not used as instructed (for example, inconsistent use, improper storage, or mixed with other supplements).

  • It has been over 30 days since the date of delivery.

  • The product was purchased from unauthorized resellers.
